After Accepting the case (as a case worker) then you process to referring the case as the caseworker. To do so:
- From the Case Details screen, click on the Actions menu and select ‘Refer’.
- Add details to the Case Referral Confirmation windowto and click ‘Confirm’.
Note: The Case Worker the case has been referred to will now get an alert informing them the case has been referred to them with the option to accept or decline the case.
