Accepting the case (as a case worker)

Once you have Allocate the case to a case worker


- Log-in as the allocated case worker.

- Click on the ‘Alert’ bell on the top right-hand side of the page.

- Find the alert related to the case.

- This takes you to the Case Details screen - click ‘Accept’ from the Actions menu.

Note: Upon clicking ‘Accept’, the Case Status will change to ‘In Progress’.
