ChilliDB Essentials: Member Portal - Membership Page Member View

The Membership Page displays the details of any memberships the member is currently a part of. As mentioned in the configuration article, users can also choose to display those membership packages which have been cancelled; those of which the member is only a prospect; and those packages that haven't had the 'Member can access the portal' option checked to indicate 'Yes'. In the example screenshot below, when a member clicks on the Membership page in their portal, they only see membership packages they are currently a part of that are linked to the Member Portal.

In this example, members have also been given the option to cancel their memberships through the portal, so if a member clicks on the 'Cancel membership' button underneath the package details, they will be prompted to confirm that they wish to cancel the membership.

Note: if a member cancels their membership through the Member Portal, you don't currently received a notification that this has happened.
