ChilliDB Essentials: Member Portal - Contact Form Member View

After logging in to the member portal, members will be able to view any of the pages that have been made available to them during the portal configuration process. The Contact details page allows members to manage the details you have recorded for them based on the fields you have chosen to display to them from your ChilliDB system.


When a member first clicks on the 'Contact' page menu item, the current details held in your ChilliDB system for them will be displayed for the fields selected for display during the configuration process.



If they click on the 'Update Details' button underneath their details, this will reveal a version of their contact details that they can now edit.


When finished, if 'Save' is clicked, the member's contact details will be updated in the portal, and the relevant fields in your ChilliDB system will also be updated to reflect their new details.


Note: If a member changes their details in the member portal, you won't received a notification to say this has been done. The changes will simply update the relevant fields in your system.
