Once the process has been configured, the next step is to define the process - this is where we add the phases and activities that make up the process.
The Process Definition allows you to create the process structure using a combination of Activities and Phases and defining the duration for each of the activities. The resultant graphical tree structure allows the user to clearly track progress of the case within the process.
- Select the Case Categorisation from 1. Process Configuration as your Categorisation for the Process Definition.
- Enter the remaining details for your process definition: process name and description; case manager contact; and tracking options .
